PI 50N Door System is used to construct thermo-insulated doors for external development in residential, public service and industrial buildings.
The system enables the construction of the following:
-one-leaf inside and outside door,
-two-leaf inside and outside door,
-one- and two-leaf door built into a cabinet, with transom and additional illumination.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The PI 50N system consists of three-chamber aluminium profiles with a thermal deparator.
The casing depth is as follows:

• frame - 50 mm
• leaf - 50 mm

The PI 50N system may use various fill types (thermal glass, also in 13-40 mm three-pane packets) and various non-transparent fill.
Maximum leaf dimensions -1220 x 2358 mm.

ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGES (PARTICULAR FOR EACH SYSTEM)
The doors are characterised by very economical solutions. The wide range of profiles enables the construction of various solutions using minimum number of profiles. Thanks to the use of hinges fixed in a groove, the possibility of perimeter pressing, the simplified processing and material elements installation, the production is very technological, not labour-intensive.

CHARACTERISTIC FEATURES
The PI 50N system door is a modern, economical solution dedicated to a large group of receivers. The groove hinges and the whole system of fast-fixed groove fittings makes the production efficient and improves the exploitation value. Additional profiles enable the development of a door in a set of cabinets. Modern painting and the possibility of wood base layer application provides an individual character.
